All properties are in or around Bryanston Square. They are decorated to a high standard and include top quality carpets and curtains, well equipped fully fitted kitchens and tiled bathrooms. All have full gas central heating. All flats are wired for cable television. All furnished flats have a remote controlled colour television. Our ground and first floor flats on Bryanston Square are licenced for use by Medical Practitioners for their professional practices.

Rents are exclusive. Rental pricing structure is based upon payment quarterly in advance and a Tenancy of one year certain. For guidance purposes Rents are shown on a weekly basis for a minimum of a one year lease. Deposits (on which we do not pay interest) are usually 6 weeks rent. To avoid uneconomical administrative effort deposits are held by us without interest. This again is factored into the rental price.
